In  this talk, we will discuss some properties on the normalized solutions to  fractional Schr\"{o}dinger equations and systems, such as existence,  stability, multiplicity, etc. We remark that these are  more challenging issues than that of the  equations with a prescribed frequency, and are much less understood.
